The neorealist-neoliberal debate about the chances for collective motion in Global relations has been determined by a shared determination to Mancur Olson's rationalist definition of the challenge as one of having exogenously provided egoists to cooperate. Managing this assumption as a de facto speculation about entire world politics, I articulate
